Religion and politics can have a profound effect on a person’s mental health. I felt it was worth putting my ideas about religion and politics (and why it is important to discuss these things) in writing.
Project I Am Not Ashamed strives to break the mental health stigma, one person at a time. We need to start small and educate the general public by outing ourselves, come out of hiding and doing this as a team and as a community.
